Avocado and Sriracha Egg Bagel
Preheat your broiler and top half a bagel with a slice of swiss cheese. Broil until toasted.
Cook 1 egg on the stove until over easy - or to your liking.
Top bagel with egg, chopped avocado, sliced tomatoes and a little arugula.
Douse with Sriracha and a dash of sea salt and enjoy.
