In a large bowl just mix together, 1.5 cups cooked quinoa, 1 can black beans, handful of corn or more, 16oz Trader Joes BBQ Pulled Pork (in the refrigerator section), a handful of shredded cheddar cheese and some diced avocados. Drizzle with some of your favorite BBQ sauce and voila! All done.
