All these restaurants in LA claiming to have perfected toasted bread as we know it.
This little toast combo is pretty darn close to perfection.
Just sauté some shredded brussels sprouts and chopped onion in some evoo, sea salt, and grainy dijon mustard till caramelized. Slap on some hearty bread, toasted to YOUR liking, and top off with some slivers of brie.
