Pistachio / Coconut / Pineapple Muesli
1 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, toasted
1/2 cup roasted coconut chips
1/2 cup dried chopped coconut strips
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup chopped dried pineapple
1/4 cup wheat germ
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground flax seed
1/8 teaspoon salt
yogurt or milk, for serving
Mix everything except for the dairy in a large bowl and store in airtight containers.
To eat, mix equal parts muesli with dairy and let sit overnight in the fridge
